Refund policy

At OMThread, every shirt is made to order — printed just for you when your purchase is placed. This allows us to reduce waste, minimize overproduction, and create products with purpose.

Because each item is custom printed, and we do not carry a standing inventory, it is important that our customers read and understand the conditions by which we may authorize a return or exchange below. Our designs and printing process results in very high quality products, but we understand that fit and preferences can vary, so we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns.

Exchanges | Exceptions | Non-returnable items
You may request store credit within 30 days of receiving your order, provided your item is unworn and unused, in its original packaging, in the same condition as received, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, store credit, or exchange. No exceptions. To request a return for store credit, email us at support@omthread.com.

Refunds
If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We have high standards for quality control, but if somehow your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us right away and provide details of the issue with an image of the product as received. We’ll evaluate the issue and, if it’s our error, we’ll replace the item at no cost to you.

Please, carefully reference our detailed sizing chart before placing your order. Because each item is made to order, size-related exchanges are not possible.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — for any reason. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags and packaging. Please contact us at support@omthread.com to begin this process.
